Rahul Gandhi's interaction in Jammu and Kashmir



Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, who is on a two-day tour to Jammu and Kashmir, today said that he has not come to make a political speech but to learn and understand how best he can help the youngsters in J&K. 

Rahul Gandhi also paid a surprise visit to the Hazratbal shrine in Srinagar. He is in the state to mobilise the youth to join the Youth Congress. During his tour, he reached out to Kashmiri youth, interacting with students of Kashmir University in Srinagar identifying himself with their sufferings.

Rahul Gandhi meets riot victims in Bharatpur, Rajasthan


Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi made a surprise visit to Gopalgarh to meet the families whose members died in group classes last month. Ten people died on September 14 in group clashes as a result of police firing. It is a matter of concern that all the dead belonged to one community.

The area where the violent incident took place has been the traditional support base for Congress Party. It was therefore appropriate that a senior party leader visited the affected area. True to his work and style, Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi reached out the affected families. He met the people to ascertain the state of facts. Congress high command had previously sent a team to the area to analyze the situation.
During his visit to Gopalgarh, Rahul Gandhi was accompanied by the Union Minister of State for Home Jitendra Singh. The visit of Rahul Gandhi certainly has brought confidence among the people in that area.

Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi undertook a padyatra in U.P. He was greeted by the villagers. He criticized the police atrocities in U.P and also promised his and Congress Part's full support. Rahul Gandhi visited many places and walked with the people amidst slogans Rahul Gandhi Zindabad. He mingled with people, listened to their problems, waved the people. Rahul Gandhi really enjoyed the yatra and made use of the campaign to know more about people and the country and the issues.

Rahul Gandhi on Babri Masjid dispute


Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi visited Amethi as a part of his U.P tour. While talking to the media Rahul Gandhi commented that no one in his family is responsible for the Babri Masjid demolition. He also defended the act of his father Rajiv Gandhi who allowed silanyas at the disputed site. Rahul Gandhi said that his family always stood against any fundamentalist actions.

Rahul Gandhi praises Kerala


Congress General Secretary praised the people of Kerala during a press conference. Kerala has a healthy culture as far the internal elections are concerned. They have got a good culture on these and many people follow Kerala in this matter and for that I congratulate Kerala said Rahul Gandhi.
